Status: Happy and content
We woke up to a very blustery day. We spent a few extra moments in bed, petting our dog Murphy. He was curled up on the bottom of the bed against our feet. We actually love having Murphy nearby. He is such a loving, good dog. We then drove up the hill to our house that is being remodeled. The contractor, Dan was there busy at work, hanging decorative cedar shingles along the front door. The siding is ALMOST completed - not quite. Dan and his two workers were in that cold wind, making everything beautiful, bright and shiny. Tomorrow we are going to take them out to lunch - they need to know how grateful we are to them, for making our dreams come true.
I completed another lesson at Hummie's World. One on making engraved elements. I can see how these elements could be used in so many ways! Easy and fun to make. I am also including another download of filmstrips that I had completed several days ago.
